Wholeness REQUIRES the body.

Learn to Align Intentions with Actions.

Helping high achievers and healing professionals discover the one hidden element — operating completely below their awareness — that is quietly keeping them small: constraining their leadership, their health, their relationships, and their full expression.

A few simple biology principles help us bridge the gap between who we truly are and how we actually live, lead, and connect.

ONE CONVERSATION. EVERY AUDIENCE.

Most people believe the gap between who they intend to be and how they actually show up is a mindset problem. Or a motivation problem. Or a discipline problem.

It isn't.

It's biological self-protection — completely natural and beneficial, but at times limiting or even detrimental. Once your audience understands that, everything changes.

Dr. P brings one core insight to every stage: your body is your guide. The nervous system — operating silently below conscious awareness — is shaping every thought, feeling, decision, and relationship your audience members have. Learning to recognize and work with it, rather than against it, is the missing piece that makes everything else possible.

This isn't abstract science. It's proven, simple, practical, and immediately applicable — whether your audience is burning out in a hospital, leading a team through uncertainty, navigating life as a working mother, or seeking deeper alignment between who they are and how they live.

The conversation meets your audience exactly where they are.

YOUR AUDIENCE WILL WALK AWAY WITH . . .

Participants leave this experience with more than information — they leave with a fundamentally different relationship to themselves.

  • A clear understanding of why the gap between intentions and actions exists — and that it isn't a character flaw

  • Practical tools for recognizing their nervous system's signals in real time — noticing when protection is limiting rather than serving them

  • Immediately applicable techniques to shift their state and respond more skillfully — the foundation of true emotional intelligence

  • The first and most important step toward applying this awareness in everyday life situations

These shifts don't require years of therapy or dramatic lifestyle change. They begin with awareness — and awareness begins with the body.

I tailor every presentation to your audience and goals.

The following are examples of how the conversation has been framed for different groups.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IS PHYSICAL

Whether we "respond" or "react" depends on our nervous system. It may be reflexive, but we can train our systems toward a more peaceful existence — for us and others.

ABOUT DR. P

For over two decades, Cynthia Paciulli Barbarits served as a board-certified general and metabolic surgeon — and found herself living entirely in her head, disconnected from her own body and deeper purpose. The breakthrough came when she discovered nervous system regulation and polyvagal-informed science. That shift resolved her burnout, reconnected her to herself, and revealed what genuine wholeness actually feels like.

Now she helps high achievers, healers, and human-facing professionals discover that understanding their own basic biology is the bridge between who they intend to be and how they actually live, lead, and connect.
